Damage & Significant Delays

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us at d@obbz.art or use the form on our contact page to arrange this.

We only offer refunds in cases where the product arrives damaged or experiences a significant delay. Please note that normal postage delays or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be eligible for refunds. The determination of what constitutes a significant time delay will be at our discretion, in consultation with our printers. In these cases, we may request the return of the product so that it can be disposed of properly. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, and refunds will be issued once the returned items are received.

Other Refund Reasons

All sales are final. Our prints are made to order, requiring large format printing and custom framing, making it challenging for us to accept returns. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for simply changing your mind at a later date.

However, if you decide to return the print within a few days of receiving it, we will honor your request. In such cases, you will need to cover the delivery costs, and please note that if the item arrives damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.
