a. The products available for purchase on the Website are framed prints of artworks created by Daniel Hobbs.

b. The prints are produced and fulfilled by an external printer.

3. Ordering

a. By placing an order through the Website, you agree to purchase the products selected.

b. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. Prices for products are as stated on the Website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

b. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor.

5. Shipping

a. The external printer will handle the printing, packaging, and shipping of your order.

b. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

6. Returns and Refunds

a.Damage & Significant Delays

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us at d@obbz.art or use the form on our contact page to arrange this. We only offer refunds in cases where the product arrives damaged or experiences a significant delay. Please note that normal postage delays or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be eligible for refunds. The determination of what constitutes a significant time delay will be at our discretion, in consultation with our printers. In these cases, we may request the return of the product so that it can be disposed of properly. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, and refunds will be issued once the returned items are received.

b. Other Refund Reasons

All sales are final. Our prints are made to order, requiring large format printing and custom framing, making it challenging for us to accept returns. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for simply changing your mind at a later date. However, if you decide to return the print within a few days of receiving it, we will honor your request. In such cases, you will need to cover the delivery costs, and please note that if the item arrives damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

a. All artworks featured on the Website are the intellectual property of Daniel Hobbs and the Website.

b. No reproduction or distribution of the artworks is permitted without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

a. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the products purchased from it.

9. Governing Law

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
